• For New User who require to use Physical SIM, please fill in contact details and mailing address on this page, AIRSIM shall mail you an AIRSIM (incl. HK$20 stored value) for free within 5 working days. In general, the delivery takes about 5 working days by Hongkong Post. Alternatively, you can pick it up at our AIRSIM Service Center at Causeway Bay or AIRSIM Office at Sha Tin in person upon registration completed.
• New AIRSIMe (eSIM) User is required to first register for an AIRSIMe account in the AIRSIM App, then enter the AIRSIMe (eSIM) account number on this redemption page to enjoy the offer.
• For existing AIRSIMer, simply fill in your AIRSIM / AIRSIMe Account No. (10-digit) on this page, the HK$20 free credits will be loaded to your designated account within 30 days upon submission.
How to Redeem
- Redeem the offer at Domeo eShop. Upon successful redemption, redeemed e-coupon code will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.
- Click on the “Go to Redeem” button on the E-coupon and visit merchant online store to enjoy the discount offer within redemption period.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) The Online Redemption Period of this Promotion Campaign valid till 31 December 2026.
2) Each Eligible CLP Member is entitled to a maximum of one offer (a single credit of HK$20). The redemption must be registered with a valid email address, valid mobile number, and a valid AIRSIM or AIRSIMe (eSIM) account. Duplicate applications will be rejected. Applications using temporary, disposable or one-off email services will not be processed.
3) For new AIRSIMer, please download and register AIRSIM App and AIRTALK App before 30 June 2027 upon receipt of the new AIRSIM card in order to receive the free credit in the account. The AIRSIM account has 1 year validity after first registration in AIRSIM App. The expiry date will be extended for another 1 year automatically after you purchased a data package or top-up every time.
4) Mailing of new AIRSIM card is applicable to a Hong Kong address only.
5) Receive HK$20 free credit is applicable to existing AIRSIMer with a registered AIRSIM HKD account in App and cannot be combined with other promotions during the same period. The free credit is non-transferable to other account. Please consume the free credit before the expiry date of your AIRSIM / AIRSIMe account.
6) Each account is eligible for a maximum of 2 different promotional offers on free credits per calendar month.
7) Not applicable to AIRSIM Corporate Customer Accounts.
8) Offers valid while stock lasts.
9) AIRSIM and CLP reserve the right to make the final decision regarding the promotions and any related disputes.
