Terms & Conditions
- This e-coupon must be used only once time per user, no minimum order requirement. Customer need to bear the additional delivery charge.
- The redemption period is until Dec 31, 2025.
- Offer is valid until Dec 31, 2025.
- Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, voucher or loyalty programme, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts.
- The reward item must be collected within coupon valid period and will be forfeited after the expiry date.

Pick-up at Redemption Center
A confirmation email will be sent after transaction is completed. Customers need to redeem the product at the selected redemption center after 14 working days upon receiving the confirmation email, and complete the redemption/collection within 14 working days. Otherwise additional administration fee(s) will be applied.Customers must present a valid confirmation email and the original copy of the credit card used for payment when redeeming the products. Printed copy is not accepted.
Postage
The voucher(s) will be mailed to your correspondence address within 15 working days after transaction is completed.
E-coupon Wallet
