1. What should I do if I forget my password? 

Click 'Forgot Password' on the Login page and enter your registered email address for confirmation. A verification email will be sent to you, through which you can reset your password by clicking 'Set A New Password'. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and comprise at least one number, one uppercase/capital letter, one lowercase letter, and one special character (e.g. !@#?).

2. How can I update my account information? 

Click on "My account and Link to Partners" at the top right hand corner of the website, and you can update your personal information on the "My Account" page, click “Update” when you complete.

3. Can I change the shipping information for an existing order?

Yes. Please contact Domeo customer service hotline at (2280 4862) for assistance.

4. How do I earn Domeo Points?

You can earn Domeo Points by participating in CLP's energy saving activities. For more details, please refer to our website.
Please note that unused Domeo Points will be invalid after their expiry date(s). All Domeo Points will be automatically deducted from your account and the transaction cannot be cancelled or revoked once completed.

5. How do I use my Domeo Points to redeem rewards?

Steps for redeeming rewards with your Domeo Points:
1. Place your rewards of choice into your shopping cart
2. Click the shopping cart icon to checkout.
3. Enter your personal details and select your delivery method.
4. Check and confirm that all the information is in order.
Please note that you are not allowed to cancel your redemption or be refunded upon confirmation.
