Direct Delivery (Domeo Direct Delivery/ Merchant Direct Delivery
Domeo Direct Delivery
For a single order with a purchase value of ON and OVER $500 with selected items, you can enjoy Direct Delivery. Domeo logistics partner will arrange the direct delivery within 5 working days as earliest. If a single order with a purchase value of under $500, you should pay $100 for the delivery services fee.
Example 1: If there are 3 items in an order and the purchase amount of the entire order is LESS THAN $500, which there are two delivery methods exist (e.g.: 2 items are delivered by Domeo and 1 item is delivered by the Merchant), there should be defined as two delivery arrangements and an extra $100 delivery fee will be charged.
Example 2: If there are 3 items in an order and the purchase amount of the entire order is ON and OVER $500, there will be no delivery charges. If there are two delivery methods exist (e.g.: 2 items are delivered by Domeo and 1 item is delivered by the Merchant), there should be defined as two delivery arrangements.
Merchant Direct Delivery
Upon order successfully placed, the Merchant will contact you within 2-4 days to confirm the delivery date, time, and installation (if applicable) with free-of-charge.
In relation to installation and additional service charges, please refer to Installation Service Charge Guide, all the additional charges (if applicable) will be subject to on-site inspection and arrangement.
Order(s) placed on or before 9pm every night will be delivered within 2 working days from the successful order date. Additional $100 delivery fee will be charged.

Pick-up at 7-11 & Store:
Pick-up at 7-11
For a single order with a purchase value of on and over $500, you can enjoy free delivery. Upon successfully to place the order, generally, orders will be delivered to the selected Pick-up point within 5-7 days working days (except outlying islands and some areas). You will receive the Pick-up notification SMS and please present this SMS with “Self Pick-up Code” to collect your product(s). Please check and confirm your order is correct before leaving.
- 7-11 pickup service may not be available dur to certain factors, such as product size, value and weight, please see checkout page for actual delivery options.
- The delivery time may be affected by actual circumstances, please refer to Pick-up notification SMS.
- Please pick up the products within 2 days after the SMS notifications or it will be returned to the logistics company with prior notice if you do not pick up within pick-up period.
E.g. If you received pick-up notification SMS on 12th August, please pick up the goods at selected 7-11 on or before 11:59pm on 14th August.
Pick-up at Smart Energy@MongKok
You can pick up your products at Smart Energy@MongKok with FREE of charge. Upon order confirmation, generally, orders will be delivered within 10 working days. Please present pick-up notification SMS to collect the products.
- Please present the SMS and confirm your order is correct before leaving.
- The pickup notification SMS will only be sent to the mobile number entered when the order was confirmed.

Pick-up at Redemption Center
The product page is marked with “Pick Up at Redemption Center”, which means that the item can be picked up at the designated redemption center. You can select the branch during checkout and complete the transaction after the payment is successful. After the transaction is completed Domeo will send a confirmation email and a pickup notification by SMS after minimal 14 working days. Please complete the redemption within 14 days after receiving the notification SMS, other than for certain promotional products whereby the collection deadline may vary.
1. Please bring along the pickup notice such as the email and credit card used for payment of the transaction. Printed copies are not accepted.
