The following documents must be presented at the time of pickup:
Valid confirmation email (each confirmation email of the purchased self-pickup product can only be used once on or before the expiry date, which cannot be extended)
The credit card used for payment (photocopies are not accepted)
Customer should check the products and the quantities at the pickup location. The collected product is neither returnable nor refundable after confirmation.
No carrier bags will be provided at the pickup location.
No delivery service will be provided for self-pick-up products.
