How to Redeem & Usage of e-coupon
- Upon successful redemption, redeemed e-voucher unique URL will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.
- Click on the “Go to Redeem” button on the E-coupon to obtain the e-voucher QR code; and show it to the staff for use, in the designated retail stores, in Hong Kong HK Maxim's Cakes (please see the details in below T&C)
- Please refer to “Quick Start Guide” for detailed E-coupon redemption process.
- How to use: Please show the QR code to HK Maxim's Cakes staff. This e-Coupon will lose validity after its first redemption

1.This Cash e-Voucher to redeem products amounting to the value of HK$50 (calculated at retail price before discount) at Maxim's Cakes (excluded selected stores) in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on or before the expiry date shown.
2.This Cash e-Voucher is available at all Maxim’s Cakes outlets (excluded Maxim’s Centre at Cheung Sha Wan) and Maxim’s On Site Bakery.
3. This Cash e-Voucher is not applicable to purchase Maxim’s Cakes Gift Voucher, Maxim’s Cake Wedding Cakes Voucher, festive products, Octopus add value services and pre-sale coupons.
4. This Cash e-Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.
5. This Cash e-Voucher is valid until voucher redemption period end; it shall be invalid after the expiry date
6. This Cash e-Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or its equivalent.
7. This Cash e-Voucher can be used ONCE only and please present valid purchased-Voucher to staffs before making any purchase.
8. Any screen captured/ photocopied/ edited e- Cash Voucher is unacceptable.
9. This Cash e-Voucher cannot be used for online ordering.
10. This Cash e-Voucher can be accumulated.
11. This Cash e-Voucher is non-refundable, no exchanges and no cancellations.
12. This Cash e-Voucher will not be returned after redemption.
13. This Cash e-Voucher is not allowed for resale by any means and cannot be used for any commercial or promotional purposes without the prior written approval of Maxim’s.
14. Maxim’s Cakes reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this e-Voucher without notice.
15. Maxim’s Cakes reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
16. This Cash e-Voucher cannot earn Yuu points, only the net amount after deduction of the coupon can earn Yuu points and Maxim’s Cake Eatizen e-Stamp (subject to the validation of e-Stamp Card)
17.This is an exclusive reward for Domeo members, customers must first register as a Domeo member to enjoy such reward.
