How to Redeem
- Redeem the offer at Domeo eShop. Upon successful redemption, the redeemed e-coupon will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.
Usage of e-coupon
- Domeo customer shall present the QR Code to merchant staff at Wai Yuen Tong in Hong Kong to collect the reward within the coupon valid period.

Terms & Conditions
- This e-Voucher can only be used for the purchase of one unit of Premium Ganoderma Eight Plus 60pcs and one unit of Liver Guardian 60 Capsules.
- This e-voucher is only valid at Wai Yuen Tong retail stores in Hong Kong. It is not applicable to the Wai Yuen Tong e-shop or promotional booths.
- Customers must present this e-voucher prior to payment.
- This e-voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, services, or discounts. No change will be given for any balance, and it is non-transferable.
- Screenshots, photocopies, or modified versions of the e-voucher will not be accepted.
- This e-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, member discounts, and coupons.
- This e-voucher must be used on or before the expiry date. It will be void after the expiry date.
- All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of CLP and Wai Yuen Tong (Retail) Limited.

CLP Store - Mong Kok
Product(s) will deliver to CLP Store - Mong Kok after 7 working days. Customer will receive the SMS once it is ready to pick up.

Pick-up at Redemption Center
A confirmation email will be sent after transaction is completed. Customers need to redeem the product at the selected redemption center after 14 working days upon receiving the confirmation email, and complete the redemption/collection within 14 working days. Otherwise additional administration fee(s) will be applied.Customers must present a valid confirmation email and the original copy of the credit card used for payment when redeeming the products. Printed copy is not accepted.
Postage
The voucher(s) will be mailed to your correspondence address within 15 working days after transaction is completed.
E-coupon Wallet
The e-coupon(s) will be delivered to your E-coupon Wallet upon complete transaction. Log on to your Domeo account, click ‘My Account’, select 'E-coupon Wallet’ and visit designated location(s) to claim your rewards. For details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
