How to Redeem
- Redeem the offer at Domeo eShop. Upon successful redemption, redeemed e-coupon code will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.
- Click on the “Go to Redeem” button on the E-coupon and visit merchant online store to enjoy the discount offer within redemption period.
- Please refer to “Quick Start Guide” for detailed E-coupon collection process.
Usage of E-coupon code
- To enjoy the discount offer, customer should visit Deco Clinic eShop and enter the "e-coupon code" during registration.
- Customers will receive a confirmation letter by Whatsapp from the merchant upon registration
Terms & Conditions
- The reward item must be collected within coupon valid period and will be forfeited after the expiry date.
- Expired code will be invalid automatically.
- This code is applicable to Deco Clinic eShop only.
- This code is for one-time redemption and only one code can be used for each transaction.
- No refund or exchange policy is applicable to the merchandise.
- The e-coupon code must be keyed in when conducting Eligible Transaction to entitle the offer whereas no code can be used once order is confirmed.
- CLP and the respective merchant will not accept any liability should a customer fail to input the code when conducting Eligible Transactions and that it results in forfeiture of the customer eligibility to the offer.
- CLP is not the supplier of the products and shall not act as or assume any responsibility for the after-sale services.

The following areas do not support direct delivery service:

**The service provider is SF Express. Customers need to download the "SF Hong Kong" app to receive pickup notifications.
CLP Store - Mong Kok
Product(s) will deliver to CLP Store - Mong Kok after 7 working days. Customer will receive the SMS once it is ready to pick up.

Pick-up at Redemption Center
A confirmation email will be sent after transaction is completed. Customers need to redeem the product at the selected redemption center after 14 working days upon receiving the confirmation email, and complete the redemption/collection within 14 working days. Otherwise additional administration fee(s) will be applied.Customers must present a valid confirmation email and the original copy of the credit card used for payment when redeeming the products. Printed copy is not accepted.
Postage
The voucher(s) will be mailed to your correspondence address within 15 working days after transaction is completed.
E-coupon Wallet
The e-coupon(s) will be delivered to your E-coupon Wallet upon complete transaction. Log on to your Domeo account, click ‘My Account’, select 'E-coupon Wallet’ and visit designated location(s) to claim your rewards. For details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
