Thank you for purchasing Philips water dispenser.

Customer who purchases a designated model of Philips RO series water dispenser between July 26 and September 15, 2024, will be eligible to register for this “Philips Water Dispenser Upgrade Program” with proof of new purchase and proof of old Philips water dispenser ownership.

Customers must collect the gift (supermarket electronic cash voucher worth up to HK$600) at the designated location during office hours.

Step 1: Customer must own a designated old model of Philips water dispenser and make a new purchase of a designated model of Philips RO series water dispensers during the promotion period.

Step 2: Complete the online gift redemption registration from now until September 22, 2024.

Step 3: After completing the registration, customers will receive a confirmation WhatsApp message within 5-7 working days.

Step 4: Upon receiving the confirmation WhatsApp message, please bring along the following proof of documents to the selected redemption center by October 12, 2024, to redeem the related gift:

a. Original Hong Kong ID card or passport of the registered customer

b. Original purchaseinvoice showing the purchase date (must comply with relevant promotion period and redemption terms)

c. Electronic payment receipt / transaction proof

d. Original barcode cut out from the new water dispenser's packaging box

e.Original serial number sticker removed from the old water dispenser

f. WhatsApp confirmation message for gift redemption

If the customer authorizes a representative to collect the gift, the trustee must bring the following additional documents for gift collection:

1. Authorization letter signed by the customer

2. Valid identification document of the trustee
