How to Redeem
•Redeem the offer at Domeo eShop. Upon successful redemption, redeemed Promo Code will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.
•Click on the “Go to Redeem” button on the E-coupon and visit the MSIG website or mobile application to enjoy the Promo Offer within the redemption period.

Usage of Promo Code
•Customers must first redeem and confirm the use of the Promo Code on the Domeo Rewards website, then apply for designated insurance on the MSIG website or mobile application using the Promo Code within the validity period.
• Customer will receive a confirmation email from MSIG upon purchase.
Terms & Conditions
• The Promo Code is valid until 30 Nov 2026. It must be used within the validity period and will be forfeited after the expiry date.
• Customers must enter the Promo Code when applying for the designated insurance product to enjoy the premium discount and earn 500 Domeo Points upon successful application. CLP and MSIG will not be liable if the Promo Code is omitted during application, resulting in an ineligible application.
•The Promo Code can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with other Promo Code.
•Customers shall be solely responsible for any costs incurred from the use of this Promo Code.
•Upon successful policy application using the Promo Code and validation, 500 Domeo points will be credited to the eligible customer's Domeo Rewards account within 8 to 10 weeks.
•To receive Domeo points, customers must login to Domeo with a valid email, and the Domeo account must be linked to an activated CLP One account. If either account is terminated before the reward points are credited, no points will be awarded.
