Step 1:

In your shopping cart, click “Apply Domeo Coupons.”

Step 2:

Select CLP Retail and Catering Coupons (single or multiple).

Step 3:

The corresponding amountwill be deducted automatically.

Step 4:

Proceed to payment (ifapplicable) to complete the order.

Open the eCoupon Wallet after logging in.

Step 2:

Select CLP Retail and Catering Coupons.

Step 3:

Redeem the coupon after confirmation.

Present the QR codeto the merchant.

FAQ

Q1: What is the value of each e‑coupon? Can I use more than one coupon in a single order?

Each coupon is valued at HK$50 and will be automatically added to the eligible user’s CLP Domeo e‑coupon Wallet. Please note that up to two coupons can be used in the same order.

Q2: How can I view my e‑coupons in my Domeo account?

You can view and use your e‑coupons in the Domeo eCoupon Wallet. When shopping on the Domeo online store, the coupons can also be applied directly at checkout.

Q3: Why can’t I find my e‑coupons?

Possible reasons include:

The coupons will be issued in batches starting from 27 March 2026. Please wait for the release schedule.
You have not created a CLP One account, or your account has not been linked to Domeo (manual linking is required).
Your Domeo account is linked to more than one CLP One account. In this case, the coupons will be mailed to you in paper format.
You are not eligible for coupons. Please refer to the programme website for details.

Q4: Where can I use the e‑coupons?

They can be used on Domeo and at nearly 3,800 participating in retail stores and restaurants. Domeo may also offer promotional activities—please refer to the relevant campaign page for details.

Q5: Are the coupons applicable to discounted or promotional items?

Yes, coupons can be used on all items, including discounted and promotional products. However, usage terms may vary across merchants. Please check with participating merchants for details.

Q6: Is there a minimum spending requirement for using coupons?

There is no minimum spending requirement. Please note:

If the order amount exceeds the coupon value, you only need to pay the balance.
If the order amount is lower than the coupon value, the transaction can still be completed, but the unused amount will not be refunded in any form.

Q7: What is the validity period of the e‑coupons?

The coupons are valid until 31 October 2026 and can be used on Domeo as well as participating restaurants and retailers.

Q8: Where can I find the 5% Off Premium Customer Promo Code?

If you have received e‑coupons and have provided marketing consent, you will receive the premium customer promo code in the notification email (email subject: ＜email subject＞). Enter the code at checkout to enjoy a 5% discount on your entire order.

Q9: When will the e‑coupons be issued?

E-coupon issuance for eligible customers will follow the account status below:

Before 27 March 2026
Customers who have successfully linked their CLP One account with their Domeo account will receive the e-coupon progressively starting from 27 March 2026.

On or after 27 March 2026

Newly created One account: e-coupon will be issued within 5 working days after the account is successfully created.
Self-linked One account and Domeo account: vouchers will be issued within 4 working days after the accounts are successfully linked.
