Air Conditioner

When selecting an air conditioner, you can consider its technical specifications and choose the appropriate type and horsepower (HP) according to the size of the area.

1.Inverter vs. Fixed-frequency Air Conditioner
Inverter: Automatically adjust the compressor speed according to the room temperature, leading to lower electricity consumption.
Fixed-frequency: Consume more energy to maintain the high compressor rotation speed.

2. Horsepower (HP) Calculation

For 50-70 square feet, you can choose a 3/4 HP air conditioner.
For 80-100 square feet, you can choose 1 HP unit, and increase the capacity by one level for every additional 40 square feet,

•If the air conditioner needs to be installed in a west-facing space, it's recommended to increase the capacity by one level, i.e., a 1.5 HP air conditioner is advised for a 90 square feet room.
