How to Redeem
Redeem the offer at Domeo eShop. Upon successful redemption, the redeemed e-coupon will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under "My Account".

6. This E-Voucher shall not be re-issued if lost or damaged.
7. This E-Voucher must be collected on or before 31 March 2027, or will be forfeited.
8. This E-Voucher shall not be used for resale.
9. This E-Voucher must be presented to the cashier before payment. Screenshot of this E-Voucher is not acceptable.
10. PET LINE COMPANY LIMITEDshall not be held responsible for any inability to use the E-Voucher due to network connection, telephone problem, technical problem or other reasons not attributable to PET LINE COMPANY LIMITED.
11. The terms and conditions of this E-Voucher are subject to change without prior notice.
12. This E-Voucher shall be valid until the expiry date stated on the E-Voucher and shall not be re-issued nor extended.
13. Rewards must be collected within the reward collection period. Otherwise, Rewards will be forfeited upon the lapse of the reward collection period.
14. Redemption of Rewards is subject to availability of the stocks.
15. Delivery services are not available for the Rewards. Self-collection is available only in the locations specified.
16. No refund, exchange or cancellation is applicable to any Rewards and Clubpoints will be deducted immediately from The Club Member’s account.
17. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts or cash coupons, and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
