Usage of e-coupon
- Customers should COPY the unique URL to a new browser to obtain the e-voucher QR code.
- The QR Code refreshes every minute and must be presented with a smartphone with internet connection, screencap or printed copy will not be accepted.
- Customers shall present the QR Code to merchant staff before payment at the designated Arome branches of HKSAR to collect the reward from 5 Feb 2026 to 14 Feb 2026.

- Rewards must be collected within the reward collection period. Otherwise, Rewards will be forfeited upon the lapse of the reward collection period.
- Redemption of Rewards is subject to the availability of the stocks.
- The chosen reward does not include delivery. Self-collection is available only in the specified locations.
- No refund, exchange or cancellation is applicable to any Rewards and Domeo points will be deducted immediately from The Domeo Member’s account.

Pick-up at Redemption Center
A confirmation email will be sent after transaction is completed. Customers need to redeem the product at the selected redemption center after 14 working days upon receiving the confirmation email, and complete the redemption/collection within 14 working days. Otherwise additional administration fee(s) will be applied.Customers must present a valid confirmation email and the original copy of the credit card used for payment when redeeming the products. Printed copy is not accepted.
Postage
The voucher(s) will be mailed to your correspondence address within 15 working days after transaction is completed.
