How to Redeem

• Redeem the offer at Domeo eShop. Upon successful redemption, the redeemed e-coupon will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.

Usage of E-coupon QR code

• Domeo customer shall present the QR Code to merchant staff or scan in kiosk at Kee Wah shops to collect the reward within the coupon valid period.
• How to redeem: Please present your purchase record and QR code before placing an order
• Please refer to “Quick Start Guide” for detailed E-coupon collection process.

Usage of E-coupon QR code

• This coupon cannot be exchanged for cash, and it is non-refundable and non-returnable. No change shall be provided.
• This coupon can only be used once. Screenshot versions will not be accepted.
• CLPeC and the respective merchant will not accept any liability should a customer fail to input the code when conducting Eligible Transactions and that it results in forfeiture of the customer eligibility to the offer. 
• CLPeC is not the supplier of the products and shall not act as or assume any responsibility for the after-sale services. 
• This coupon cannot be used in conjunction with discount product, promotions, or other offers. (Subject to merchant’s final decision) 
• Vouchers are valid for takeaways
• The same type of voucher can be used in combination, but cannot be used at the same time with other coupons, other in-store promotions, discounts or coupons
• If the consumption exceeds the face value of the voucher, the difference must be pay up; if the amount is less than the face value of the voucher, no change will be given.
• This voucher can only be used once and will become invalid after the expiry date. There is no change, no exchange for cash, no refund or extension. No changes to other plans or refunds are allowed after purchase.
• The voucher information includes the redemption branch and menu content, is subject to any changes without prior notice. All information is subject to the latest announcement by the merchant. You can call in advance to inquire.
