How to Redeem
Redeem the "Help & Earn Social Enterprise Earn Points Voucher” at Domeo eShop. Upon successful redemption, the redeemed voucher will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”. Please refer to “Quick Start Guide” for detailed voucher collection process.
Usage of Voucher
Customers must show the voucher to the merchant staff before checkout during the valid period. The reward is successfully redeemed once the staff inputs the password.
Terms & Conditions
- This programme will commence on August 1, 2025, and will continue until either party provides written notice of termination at least one month in advance. During the promotion period, customers who make purchase of HK$50 or more at ‘Power Connect' Social Enterprises partners can earn 250 Domeo points.
- Customers can get a maximum of 1,250 Domeo points per month^, which is equivalent to a maximum of 5 transactions per month with a spending of HKD $50 or above.
- For CLP residential customers only (non-residential customers are not eligible to participate in this programme).
- Participants must login with a valid email or phone number which has been activated their CLP One Account and linked Domeo account to receive Domeo points. Domeo points will not be distributed after the account is moved out.
- Customers are required to redeem the corresponding " Social Enterprise Points Voucher" on Domeo’s "Green Activities" page before visiting the Social Enterprise partner. Customer must present the Voucher to the staff within the valid period. The staff from the Social Enterprise partner will enter the password to validate the use of the Voucher for each transaction. Domeo points will be credited to the customer's linked Domeo account on or before 10 working days of the coming month. If the Domeo Account is linked to multiple CLP Electricity Accounts, the points will be credited to the most recently linked CLP One Account.
- Customer are required to keep the receipt until the Domeo points has been credited to customer’s account.
- Domeo points will be added to the customer's account on the 10th working day of the following month. If the Domeo points have not been credited, customers may contact CLP via email at powerconnect@clp.com.hk within one month, providing the receipt and customer's CLP account number. Otherwise, the request will not be processed.
- Only CLP Power Connect Community are eligible to join this programme, CLP residential customers who join this programme will automatically become Power Connect members (Details please refer to the terms and conditions of Power Connect).
- CLP shall not be responsible for any matters or disputes relating to the offers provided by the Social Enterprise partner.
- The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
- In case of disputes, the decision of CLP Power and the Social Enterprise partner shall be final and conclusive.
- CLP and the Social Enterprise partner reserve the right to modify, to suspend or to cancel any of the above offers and their terms and conditions at any time without prior notification.
^With a month as a period, taking each month as a period means the first day of each month and the last day of the month as the deadline, i.e. 1st December to 31st December.

7-11 Self Pick-up
Free shipping on orders for $500 or above and will arrive within 5 to 10 working days to the selected 7-11. Customers will receive the pick-up notification once it is ready to pick-up.

**The service provider is SF Express. Customers need to download the "SF Hong Kong" app to receive pickup notifications.
CLP Store - Mong Kok
Product(s) will deliver to CLP Store - Mong Kok after 7 working days. Customer will receive the SMS once it is ready to pick up.

Pick-up at Redemption Center
A confirmation email will be sent after transaction is completed. Customers need to redeem the product at the selected redemption center after 14 working days upon receiving the confirmation email, and complete the redemption/collection within 14 working days. Otherwise additional administration fee(s) will be applied.Customers must present a valid confirmation email and the original copy of the credit card used for payment when redeeming the products. Printed copy is not accepted.
Postage
The voucher(s) will be mailed to your correspondence address within 15 working days after transaction is completed.
E-coupon Wallet
The e-coupon(s) will be delivered to your E-coupon Wallet upon complete transaction. Log on to your Domeo account, click ‘My Account’, select 'E-coupon Wallet’ and visit designated location(s) to claim your rewards. For details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
