LOVE Project: Love Rice Distribution Volunteer Event
The LOVE Project, initiated by Gingko House, is dedicated to supporting the elderly and underprivileged communities through charitable activities.
Since 2016, Gingko House has regularly partnered with various social welfare organizations to provide free meals to those in need, ensuring that assistance reaches those who truly require it, while spreading care and warmth throughout society.
We are co-hosting the Love Rice Distribution Volunteer Event with Gingko House and sincerely invite our customers to take part in this meaningful initiative. This is an offline, in-person rice distribution activity, where participants will personally deliver rice meal boxes to elderly individuals in need. Through face-to-face interaction, we aim to foster human connection and deliver heartfelt care directly to the community.
Date: 3rd November 2025 (Monday)
Time: 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Location: Gingko House (Yau Ma Tei Branch) – Alhambra Building, Shop 20, 1/F, 385 Nathan Rd, Yau Ma Tei

How to Redeem
- Redeem online during the redemption period.
- Upon successful redemption, redeemed reward will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.
Usage of Reward
- Customer should present the "E-coupon" to the staff on the day of event.
- Please refer to “Quick Start Guide” for detailed E-coupon collection process.
- Merchant staff will key-in the password and finish the process.
Terms & Conditions
- This reward must be presented with smartphone with internet connection, printed copy will not be accepted.
- This reward must be collected within event valid period and will be forfeited after the expiry date.
- This reward is valid on 3-Nov-2025.
- This reward is for one-time redemption only.
- CLP is not the supplier of the event and shall not act as or assume any responsibility for the after-sale services.
- No refund for cash/Domeo points or exchange of any unused quota.
- For any matters regarding tax deductions for charitable donations, customers are kindly requested to contact Gingko House directly within one month after the donation is made. CLP will not provide any related documents.

- This is an exclusive reward for Domeo members, customers must first register as a Domeo member to enjoy such reward.

- If a customer is unable to attend any of the events for personal reasons, no rescheduling or refunds will be provided. If a customer is unable to register successfully due to limited quotas, they will be notified via email, and refund arrangements will be processed. Please keep an eye on email notifications.
- In case of bad weather conditions, the event will be rescheduled within six months, and the specific date will be notified separately.
- The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the event if necessary, and participants will be notified in advance.
- Participants must adhere to the code of conduct at the event venue and respect other participants and staff.
- All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of CLP and the respective merchant.

Free shipping on orders for $500 or above and will arrive within 5 to 10 working days to the selected 7-11. Customers will receive the pick-up notification once it is ready to pick-up.

**The service provider is SF Express. Customers need to download the "SF Hong Kong" app to receive pickup notifications.
CLP Store - Mong Kok
Product(s) will deliver to CLP Store - Mong Kok after 7 working days. Customer will receive the SMS once it is ready to pick up.

Pick-up at Redemption Center
A confirmation email will be sent after transaction is completed. Customers need to redeem the product at the selected redemption center after 14 working days upon receiving the confirmation email, and complete the redemption/collection within 14 working days. Otherwise additional administration fee(s) will be applied.Customers must present a valid confirmation email and the original copy of the credit card used for payment when redeeming the products. Printed copy is not accepted.
Postage
The voucher(s) will be mailed to your correspondence address within 15 working days after transaction is completed.
E-coupon Wallet
