Procedures of service
1. Customer please ensures the cleaning job has completed.
2. Customer please ensure that there are no sundries left inside the furniture.
3. Technician will use professional measuring instrument to detect formaldehyde level before formaldehyde removal work started.
4. Technician will apply Japan Eco Pro formaldehyde removal catalyst to wooden furniture, wall, light trough, ceiling, doors, etc.
5. Technician will apply catalyst to the cabinets of furniture.
6. To stay in the location of formaldehyde work, customer should wear a mask.
7. After formaldehyde removal work finished, technician will detect formaldehyde level again to ensure formaldehyde level reaches safety level (below 0.08ppm).
8. Customer should avoid touching or wiping the surface of furniture, wall, light trough, ceiling, doors, etc. for 12 Hours. Customer should avoid putting any object on the catalyst applied area.
9. Technician will provide a formaldehyde removal report to customer.
10. Customer should open windows to accelerate formaldehyde decomposition and the dry up of catalyst coating.
Terms and Conditions
Appointment and Payment Method
- Accept payment through Domeo shopping platform or CLPe Commerce Product and Service Hotline.
- The above fees apply to formaldehyde removal service only.
- CLPe Commerce staff will contact the customers by phone for the confirmation of Formaldehyde removal service date and time within next working day.
Formaldehyde Removal Service
- Formaldehyde removal service can be arranged after 5 days once confirmed.
- Formaldehyde service hour is Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 18:30.
- Upon the confirmation of the appointment, no cancellation or amendment (including the service and date) will be accepted.
- Appointment with limited quotas and on first-come-first-served basis.
- Delivery service is only applicable to residential address on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories (except outlying islands, restricted areas and address cannot be accessed by elevator). Additional Charge: Ma Wan $200, Discovery Bay $400.
- The service only applies to usable area within 2000 sq.ft. Will be quoted separately if usable area over 2000 sq ft.
- Cleaning Service will be suspended if Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted or in response to traffic conditions. We will further contact the Customer to reschedule the service.
- CLPe Commerce shall not be liable for any delay or failure of delivery which is due to any causes that are beyond our reasonable control.
General Terms & Conditions
- Any personal information will only be collected for the purpose of Formaldehyde Removal Service appointment and other directly related purposes. The Customer hereby understands and agrees that we may provide the delivery information to our outsourced service provider for cleaning service. - CLPe Commerce Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice and of the final decision of all matters and disputes.
- In case of any discrepancy between Chinese and English versions, English version

- Applicable to most interior surfaces including furniture, wall, ceiling.
- This service is suitable for newly renovated apartment or partial renovated area.

Free shipping on orders for $500 or above. Our logistic partner will deliver the product(s) on the selected delivery date. (Additional $100 shipping fee applies on orders less than $500).

Free shipping. The merchant will contact the customer to confirm the delivery and installation details within 2-4 working days (if applicable).

Free shipping on orders for $500 or above and will arrive within 5 to 10 working days to the selected 7-11. Customers will receive the pick-up notification once it is ready to pick-up.
