What you earn
You can choose to convert Domeo Points to「Asia Miles」:
Conversion must be accumulated in blocks of 400 Domeo Points, i.e. Redeem 100 「Asia Miles」to get extra 50 Miles
- To convert Domeo Points to「Asia Miles」, you must be a Domeo member and a Cathay member. If you have not yet registered, please join now to become our member. If you do not have a Cathay membership account, please visit https://www.cathaypacific.com/cx/en_HK/membership/sign-up.html to sign up as a Cathay member.
- Customer who chooses to convert their Domeo Points to 「Asia Miles」 must ensure that the Cathay membership numbers and full name registered must match with the record in Cathay database. Members are responsible for ensuring the correct membership numbers and full name are entered. Failure to comply, wrong or missing of information will result in forfeiture of the right to receive 「Asia Miles」.
- Domeo Points will be converted to「Asia Miles」 in block(s) of 400 Domeo Points into 150 「Asia Miles」.
- First 100「Asia Miles」 will be credited to the registered Cathay membership account of customer 4 - 6 weeks after the month end of Domeo Points conversion is completed. The next 50「Asia Miles」will be credited to the registered Cathay membership account of customer 8 weeks after the month end of Domeo Points conversion is completed. For example, you have completed Domeo Points conversion on 1 January, the first 100「Asia Miles」 will be credited to the registered Cathay membership account within February. And the next 50「Asia Miles」will be credited to the registered Cathay membership account within March.
- The conversion of Domeo Points to「Asia Miles」 will be irrevocable and cannot be changed or reversed back.
- CLPeC assumes no responsibility for「Asia Miles」 converted from Domeo Points or for the acts or losses associated with the Cathay member.
- Other Domeo and Cathay terms and conditions apply.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of CLPe Commerce Limited, Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and Asia Miles Limited is final.

7-11 Self Pick-up
Free shipping on orders for $500 or above and will arrive within 5 to 10 working days to the selected 7-11. Customers will receive the pick-up notification once it is ready to pick-up.

**The service provider is SF Express. Customers need to download the "SF Hong Kong" app to receive pickup notifications.
CLP Store - Mong Kok
Product(s) will deliver to CLP Store - Mong Kok after 10 working days. Customer will receive the SMS once it is ready to pick up.

Pick-up at Redemption Center
A confirmation email will be sent after transaction is completed. Customers need to redeem the product at the selected redemption center after 14 working days upon receiving the confirmation email, and complete the redemption/collection within 14 working days. Otherwise additional administration fee(s) will be applied.Customers must present a valid confirmation email and the original copy of the credit card used for payment when redeeming the products. Printed copy is not accepted.
Postage
The voucher(s) will be mailed to your correspondence address within 15 working days after transaction is completed.
E-coupon Wallet
The e-coupon(s) will be delivered to your E-coupon Wallet upon complete transaction. Log on to your Domeo account, click ‘My Account’, select 'E-coupon Wallet’ and visit designated location(s) to claim your rewards. For details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
