Air Conditioning Cleaning Service

Service Workflow
1.Booking & Appointment
-Fill out the form with your AC type, installation location, address, and preferred time.
-Our customer service team will assess the AC condition via online chat or phone.
Complete the prepayment to confirm your booking.
2.Service Confirmation
-Once confirmed, we will issue a formal email detailing the service date and technical specifics.
3.Deep Cleaning Process
-Inspection: Technicians check if the unit is suitable for cleaning.
-Protection: Power is disconnected, and the surrounding area is shielded.
-Cleaning: Deep cleaning using specialized detergents and high-pressure water jets.
-Restoration: The area is cleared, and the equipment is reassembled.
-Testing: Power is restored for a functional test and final client handover.
Note: Cleaning takes approximately 45 minutes per unit. This service applies only to residential units and AC units installed less than 3 meters above the ground. Terms and conditions apply.
How to Redeem & Usage of E-coupon code

Terms & Conditions
● The reward item must be collected within coupon valid period and will be forfeited after the expiry date.

● Customers must complete registration and confirmation within the specified time; otherwise, service arrangements may be affected.
● Expired code will be invalid automatically.
● This code is applicable to Deco Clinic eShop only.
● This code is for one-time redemption and only one code can be used for each transaction.
● No refund or exchange policy is applicable to the merchandise.
● The e-coupon code must be keyed in when conducting Eligible Transaction to entitle the offer whereas no code can be used once order is confirmed.
