How to Redeem
- Redeem the offer at Domeo eShop. Upon successful redemption, redeemed e-coupon code will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.
- Click on the “Go to Redeem” button on the E-coupon and visit merchant online store to enjoy Cash e-voucher within redemption period.

Usage of E-coupon code
- Sign up or log-in your Klook account via Klook’s website and mobile app (collectively, the “Klook Platform”).
- Scroll down to the redemption section located halfway down the Klook e-Gift Card page (https://www.klook.com/en-HK/klook-gift-card/?aid=41598). Please fill in the Klook e-Gift Card code to redeem Klook e-Gift Card. Once redeemed, the Klook e-Gift Card value will be shown in your user profile.
Terms & Conditions
- All e-Gift Cards are issued by Klook Travel Technology Limited (“Klook”).
- Validity is applied on Klook e-Gift Card, and is subject to the "Validity period of this e-Gift Card " specified above.
- Klook e-Gift Card is not applicable for usage on Stay+ Bundles / Klook Passes / Bundle & Save Passes / Travel Insurance and certain products as specified by Klook from time to time (for the displayed specified currency).

- By using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these e-Gift Card Terms & Conditions and Klook’s Privacy Policy (https://www.klook.com/en-US/policy/) , as may be amended or modified from time to time at Klook’s sole discretion. Your continued use of the e-Gift Cards and/or Klook’s website and mobile app (collectively, the “Klook Platform”) after such amendments or modifications constitutes your acceptance of them.
- Once redeemed, Klook e-Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be repeatedly redeemed, resold, transferred or exchanged for cash.
- Using of e-Gift Card is ineligible for earning any Klook credits.
- Subject to applicable law, Klook reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate these e-Gift Card Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
- In the event of any discrepancy between the English or other language version of these e-Gift Card Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

- CLP is not the supplier of the products and shall not act as or assume any responsibility for the after-sale services.
- No refund for cash/Domeo points or exchange of any unused e-Gift Card.

Free shipping on orders for $500 or above. Our logistic partner will deliver the product(s) on the selected delivery date. (Additional $100 shipping fee applies on orders less than $500).
*Additional charges may apply for remote areas(including but not limited to Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay), please refer to the Delivery and Pick Up for details.
The following areas do not support direct delivery service:
Free shipping. The merchant will contact the customer to confirm the delivery and installation details within 2-4 working days (if applicable).

Product(s) will deliver to CLP Store - Mong Kok after 7 working days. Customer will receive the SMS once it is ready to pick up.

Pick-up at Redemption Center
A confirmation email will be sent after transaction is completed. Customers need to redeem the product at the selected redemption center after 14 working days upon receiving the confirmation email, and complete the redemption/collection within 14 working days. Otherwise additional administration fee(s) will be applied.Customers must present a valid confirmation email and the original copy of the credit card used for payment when redeeming the products. Printed copy is not accepted.
Postage
The voucher(s) will be mailed to your correspondence address within 15 working days after transaction is completed.
E-coupon Wallet
The e-coupon(s) will be delivered to your E-coupon Wallet upon complete transaction. Log on to your Domeo account, click ‘My Account’, select 'E-coupon Wallet’ and visit designated location(s) to claim your rewards. For details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
