- Redeem the offer at Domeo eShop. Upon successful redemption, the redeemed e-coupon will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.
Usage of E-coupon QR code
- Domeo customer shall present the QR Code to merchant staff or scan in kiosk at Cupping Room shops to collect the reward within the coupon valid period.

Usage of E-coupon QR code
- This coupon cannot be exchanged for cash, and it is non-refundable and non-returnable. No change shall be provided.
- This coupon can only be used once. Screenshot versions will not be accepted.
- CLP and the respective merchant will not accept any liability should a customer fail to input the code when conducting Eligible Transactions and that it results in forfeiture of the customer eligibility to the offer.

Pick-up at Redemption Center
A confirmation email will be sent after transaction is completed. Customers need to redeem the product at the selected redemption center after 14 working days upon receiving the confirmation email, and complete the redemption/collection within 14 working days. Otherwise additional administration fee(s) will be applied.Customers must present a valid confirmation email and the original copy of the credit card used for payment when redeeming the products. Printed copy is not accepted.
Postage
The voucher(s) will be mailed to your correspondence address within 15 working days after transaction is completed.
