Mid-Autumn Festival Home Visit & Love Mooncake Distribution
A “Cross-Over Community Care Initiative” by CLP and Gingko House, dedicated to spread warmth and compassion to the elderly and underprivileged through meaningful charitable activities.
"One mooncake, one heartfelt gesture — sharing warmth during the Mid-Autumn Festival."
While the Mid-Autumn Festival symbolizes reunion and connection, many elderly individuals spend this special time alone. To bring warmth and care to those in need, CLP and Gingko House are launching the “Home Visit & Love Mooncake Distribution”. Through this activity, volunteers will personally deliver festive blessings through home visits.
Event Details
Date: Friday, October 3, 2025
Time: 2:00PM – 5:00 PM
Location: So Uk Social Service Centre – Shop 115, 1/F, So Uk Shopping Centre, Po On Road (near Cheung Fat Street), Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon

How to Redeem
- Redeem online during the redemption period.
- Upon successful redemption, redeemed reward will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.
Usage of Reward
- Customer should present the "E-coupon" to the staff on the day of event.
- Please refer to “Quick Start Guide” for detailed E-coupon collection process.
- Merchant staff will key-in the password and finish the process.
Terms & Conditions
- This reward must be presented with smartphone with internet connection, printed copy will not be accepted.
- This reward must be collected within event valid period and will be forfeited after the expiry date.
- This reward is valid on 4-Oct-2025.
- This reward is for one-time redemption only.
- CLPeC is not the supplier of the event and shall not act as or assume any responsibility for the after-sale services.
- No refund for cash/Domeo points or exchange of any unused quota.
- For any matters regarding tax deductions for charitable donations, customers are kindly requested to contact Gingko House directly within one month after the donation is made. CLPeC will not provide any related documents.

- If a customer is unable to attend any of the events for personal reasons, no rescheduling or refunds will be provided. If a customer is unable to register successfully due to limited quotas, they will be notified via email, and refund arrangements will be processed. Please keep an eye on email notifications.
- In case of bad weather conditions, the event will be rescheduled within six months, and the specific date will be notified separately.
- The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the event if necessary, and participants will be notified in advance.
- Participants must adhere to the code of conduct at the event venue and respect other participants and staff.

Pick-up at Redemption Center
A confirmation email will be sent after transaction is completed. Customers need to redeem the product at the selected redemption center after 14 working days upon receiving the confirmation email, and complete the redemption/collection within 14 working days. Otherwise additional administration fee(s) will be applied.Customers must present a valid confirmation email and the original copy of the credit card used for payment when redeeming the products. Printed copy is not accepted.
Postage
The voucher(s) will be mailed to your correspondence address within 15 working days after transaction is completed.
E-coupon Wallet
