Domeo Pickup Service  Center: Smart Energy @ Mong Kok

(Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays)Customer service centre Smart Energy @ Mong Kok will undergo elevator upgrade works and elevator services will be suspended starting from 16th February 2024, DOMEO Pick-up Service counter on the 4th floor Smart Energy @ Mong Kok will be closed till Mid-May 2024 (or till further notice).
Customer services and EE&C appliance advisory services will remain unchanged. Customers can access to the 1st to 3rd floors using the staircases.
Customers can select other pick-up location or delivery method. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
