How to Redeem
- Redeem the offer at Domeo eShop. Upon successful redemption, redeemed e-coupon will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.

Usage of E-coupon
- To collect the reward, customers should visit designated OTO Showroom and present the E-coupon to the staff within the coupon valid period.
- Merchant staff will key in the password, product could be collected after payment at the showroom.
- **Please call the OTO Showroom to ensure the stock availability.
Terms & Conditions
- This e-coupon must be presented with smartphone with internet connection. Printed copy will not be accepted.
- The reward item must be collected within coupon valid period and will be forfeited after the expiry date.
- This e-Cash Coupon can only be used to purchase OTO fixed-priced item(s) and cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, great offers or discounted coupons.
- When any customer, after using the relevant e-Cash Coupon, demands a return of item(s), OTO shall debit him/her a cost in the amount of HK$200 in cash.
- This e-Cash Coupon cannot be used to purchase accessories (e.g. gel pads of ER-839S, probe covers of thermometers and adaptor, etc.), pay for maintenance and repair and spare part costs, shipping/delivery costs and other service charges.
- This e-Cash Coupon must be presented before payment, and is applicable to OTO showrooms (not consignment counters at department stores) in Hong Kong.
- OTO shall have the absolute discretion to interpret and determine the terms and conditions of this promotion and the product value suggested. In case of disputes, the decision of OTO shall be final and conclusive.

Pick-up at Redemption Center
A confirmation email will be sent after transaction is completed. Customers need to redeem the product at the selected redemption center after 14 working days upon receiving the confirmation email, and complete the redemption/collection within 14 working days. Otherwise additional administration fee(s) will be applied.Customers must present a valid confirmation email and the original copy of the credit card used for payment when redeeming the products. Printed copy is not accepted.
Postage
The voucher(s) will be mailed to your correspondence address within 15 working days after transaction is completed.
E-coupon Wallet
