How to Redeem
- Upon successful redemption, redeemed E-coupon will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.

Usage of e-coupon
- To collect the reward, customers should visit I-mart redemption point – Lai Chi Kok and present the e-coupon to the staff within the coupon valid period.
- Merchant staff will key in the password and finish redemption procedure.

- Product is ready for collection after 5 working days from ordering.
- When members pick up any iPad, they must immediately check whether the iPad body is damaged. After the inspection is completed, I-mart staff will immediately open the iPad box and start up the pad in the store. If there are any questions after opening the box, customers need to contact the Apple customer service hotline or visit the Hong Kong Apple store in person.
- This e-coupon must be presented with a smartphone with internet connection, printed copy will not be accepted.
- Rewards must be collected within coupon valid period and will be forfeited after the expiry date.
- This e-coupon is for one-time redemption only.
