Usage of E-coupon code
1. Domeo members must download the LocoBike app by January 31, 2026, register as a member of LocoBike, and use the in-app scanner to scan the discount QR code to enjoy a HK$50 discount on the purchase of the “90 Days Pass” within one month after redemption.
2. The “90 Days Pass” includes unlimited use of LocoBike bicycles within 90 days from the top-up date.

How to Redeem
- Redeem the offer at Domeo eShop. Upon successful redemption, the redeemed e-coupon will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.

Usage of E-coupon
- To enjoy the reward, customers must use the LocoBike app’s scanner to scan the discount QR code and purchase within one month to enjoy a HK$50 discount on the “90 Days Pass”.
Terms & Condition
- Dedicated promo code is valid till January 31, 2026. If the customer fails to redeem within the specified period, there will be no reissuance.
- This dedicated promo code is for one-time application.
- Customers shall be solely responsible for any costs incurred from the use of this E-Coupon.
- Once topped up, all amounts are non-refundable.
- The expiration date of the “90 Days Pass” will be displayed in “My Wallet.”
- Each bike usage is limited to a maximum of 2 hours. Additional time will be charged at HK$4 per half hour.
- Before using a bike, ensure there are no outstanding debts or penalties in the wallet. All debts or penalties must be cleared before further use.
- Each account can only use one bike at a time.
- If the validity period of your “Day Pass, “Monthly Pass,” or “90 Days Pass” has not expired, the newly purchased “90 Days Pass” will extend the original validity period by 90 days.
- CLPeC is not the supplier of the products and shall not act as or assume any responsibility for the after-sale services.
- No refund for cash/Domeo points or exchange of any unused dedicated promo code.
- CLPeC and Locolla Limited bear no responsibility and no compensation for loss and expiration of the dedicated promo code.
- This is an exclusive reward for Domeo members, customers must first register as a Domeo member to enjoy such reward.
- Must be subject to the Terms and Conditions of Domeo.

Pick-up at Redemption Center
A confirmation email will be sent after transaction is completed. Customers need to redeem the product at the selected redemption center after 14 working days upon receiving the confirmation email, and complete the redemption/collection within 14 working days. Otherwise additional administration fee(s) will be applied.Customers must present a valid confirmation email and the original copy of the credit card used for payment when redeeming the products. Printed copy is not accepted.
Postage
The voucher(s) will be mailed to your correspondence address within 15 working days after transaction is completed.
E-coupon Wallet
