Customers must immediately inspect any iPhone for damage upon pickup. After inspection, our staff will immediately open the iPhone packaging and power on the phone in-store. Any questions after unpacking should be addressed by contacting Apple Customer Service or visiting an Apple Store in Hong Kong.

How to Redeem
- Upon successful redemption, redeemed E-coupon will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.

Usage of e-coupon

- When members pick up any iPhone, they must immediately check whether the iPhone body is damaged. After the inspection is completed, I-mart staff will immediately open the iPhone box and start up in the store. If there are any questions after opening the box, customers need to contact the Apple customer service hotline or visit the Hong Kong Apple store in person.
- This e-coupon must be presented with a smartphone with internet connection, printed copy will not be accepted.
- Rewards must be collected within coupon valid period and will be forfeited after the expiry date.
- This e-coupon is for one-time redemption only.
