How to Redeem & Usage of e-coupon
- Upon successful redemption, a unique URL will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.
- Customers should COPY the unique URL to a new browser to obtain the e-voucher QR code and show it to the staff for use.
- The QR Code refresh every minute and must be presented with smartphone with internet connection, screencap or printed copy will not be accepted.

CNY pudding reservation methods (for redemption of 5pcs CNY puddings or above):
From 31st January 2026 to 4th February 2026, customer who need to redeem 5pcs CNY puddings or above, please go to Hung Fook Tong website (http://www.hungfooktong.com) or contact the Customer Services Hotline at 2920-2206 (Office Hours: Monday – Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm) for CNY pudding reservation at any Hung Fook Tong stores at least 3 days in advance to ensure there shall be sufficient stocks for redemption.
Customer completed the reservation successfully will receive the confirmation email. Please print or present the confirmation email via mobile phone AND Hung Fook Tong CNY pudding paper coupon or e-coupon in order to collect the reserved CNY pudding at designated Hung Fook Tong shop. Reservation information cannot be changed after confirmed.
