How to Redeem

• Redeem the offer at Domeo eShop. Upon successful redemption, redeemed e-coupon code will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.
• Click on the “Go to Redeem” button on the E-coupon and visit merchant online store to enjoy the discount offer within redemption period.
• Please refer to “Quick Start Guide” for detailed E-coupon collection process.

Usage of E-coupon code

• The CLPeC customer should visit Delivery Hero Food Hong Kong Limited’s app to apply the selected product with the dedicated promo code to enjoy instant premium discount
• Customers will receive a confirmation letter by email from the merchant upon purchase.

Terms & Conditions

• This dedicated promo code is for one-time application and only one dedicated promo code can be used for each application.
• The Off er (as defi ned below) is provided to all non-existing pandapro customers on the foodpanda’s mobile application or website (“Platform”) (collectively “Eligible Customers”).
• The Promotion Programme period is from 19 December 2024 to 31 December 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
• During the Promotion Period, all non-existing pandapro customers can enjoy the Off er (as defi ned below).
• During the Promotion Period, Eligible Customers can enjoy 50% off the original price of HK$99 for the 1-month pandapro subscription programme (discounted price at HK$49.5) by entering promotion code  during checkout at the pandapro subscription page on the Platform (“Off er”) . After completion of the 1-month free pandapro subscription programme, the Eligible Customer will be charged HK$99 monthly for the pandapro subscription in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in htt ps://www.foodpanda.hk/contents/subscription-terms if the Eligible Customer does not cancel the subscription.Should you have any enquiries, kindly navigate to "Help centre" in foodpanda App for assistance.
• Foodpanda will not accept any liability if an Eligible Customer fails to enter the promotion code on the Platform during checkout which results in their inability to enjoy the Off er.
• The Off er shall be available to Eligible Customers on such other terms and conditions as foodpanda may from time to time communicate to the Eligible Customers.
• The Off er is available while stocks last.
• Each Eligible Customer can only enjoy the Off er once during the Promotion Period.
• The Off er cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion codes. It is not exchangeable for cash, refund or coupon in other denominations. No change will be given whether in cash or in other forms.
  By participating in this Promotion Programme, it indicates the Eligible Customer’s agreement to abide by the terms and conditions of this promotion. In the event of any breach of the terms and conditions, foodpanda reserves the right to cancel Eligible Customer’s eligibility to participate in this promotion and to retain any right to pursue any act of sabotage.
• Foodpanda reserves the right to cancel, end, or postpone the Promotion Programme, or to amend the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion Programme at any time without prior notice. All interpretations of these Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of foodpanda, and in case of any dispute, the decision of foodpanda shall be fi nal.
• Foodpanda reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in both Chinese and English versions at any time without prior notice. If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
• Customers shall be solely responsible for any costs incurred from the use of this E-Coupon. For detailed terms, conditions and exclusions of SmartTraveller Plus, please refer to the relevant product brochure and policy provision.
• Customer must input the dedicated promo code when applying the relevant product to enjoy the offer. CLPeC and the Supplier will not accept any liability should a customer fail to input the dedicated promo code when applying the relevant product and that it results in forfeiture of the customer eligibility to the offer.
• CLPeC is not the supplier of the products and shall not act as or assume any responsibility for the after-sale services.
• The dedicated promo code cannot be used in conjunction with other gift voucher, cash coupon, promotions price, membership offers or other offers.
• No refund for cash/Domeo points or exchange of any unused dedicated promo code.
• CLPeC and Supplier bear no responsibility and no compensation for loss and expiration of the dedicated promo code.
• This is an exclusive reward for Domeo members, customers must first register as a Domeo member to enjoy such reward.
• Other "Domeo" terms and conditions apply.
• All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of CLPeC and Supplier.
• Should there be any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
