How to Redeem  

• Redeem the offer at Domeo eShop. Upon successful redemption, redeemed e-coupon code will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.   
• Click on the “Go to Redeem” button on the E-coupon and visit merchant store to enjoy the discount offer within redemption period.  
• Please refer to eCoupon Usage Guide section of “ Delivery and Pick Up”  for detailed E-coupon collection process.  

Usage of E-coupon code  

• To enjoy the discount offer, customer should visit Shell Recharge Whatapp link for enrollment and enter the "e-coupon code".

• Customers will receive a confirmation letter by email from the merchant upon purchase.  

Terms & Conditions  

• The reward item must be collected within coupon valid period and will be forfeited after the expiry date.  
• Customers can purchase $2,000 charging vouchers at a special price of $1,750 which is equivalent to 12% off. The charging voucher is valid for 90 days.
• This monthly fee plan covers the monthly charging fee only. Customers need to pay the monthly or hourly fee by their own.
• Customer can register the monthly Shell Recharge charging service plan through Shell Recharge website. You will receive an email notification from Halo Energy Limited about the application status within 2 working days. Customer needs to pay $1750 when submitting the application.
• Once the customer receives the payment confirmation email from Halo Energy Limited, the $2,000 charging voucher will be credited to customer's Shell Recharge account within 3 working days. Customers can use it in the e-wallet in the Shell Recharge app.
• Charing coupon is applicable to Fast / Mid charges within all Shell Recharge stations. There may be price modifications and discrepancy subject to site and landlord's arrangement.
• If the coupon is not used up within the validity period, the balance will not be refunded or accumulated for the next use.
• If the electric vehicle leaves early during the charging session or the battery is 100% full after starting the Shell Recharge charging service, that charging session may not obtain the maximum electricity capacity as indicated by the service plan. The remaining electricity of the plan will not be accumulated for the next use.
• Customer must follow the conditions of parking and use of Shell Recharge’s carpark. Shell Hong Kong Limited and Halo Energy Limited will not be held responsible for any damage to or theft of customers’ vehicles. 
• This code is applicable to Shell Recharge eShop only.  
• This code is for one-time redemption and only one code can be used for each transaction.  
• No refund or exchange policy is applicable to the merchandise.  
• The e-coupon code must be keyed in when conducting Eligible Transaction to entitle the offer whereas no code can be used once order is confirmed.   
• CLPeC and the respective merchant will not accept any liability should a customer fail to input the code when conducting Eligible Transactions and that it results in forfeiture of the customer eligibility to the offer.  
• CLPeC is not the supplier of the products and shall not act as or assume any responsibility for the after-sale services.  
• This coupon cannot be used in conjunction with discount product, promotions, or other offers. (Subject to merchant’s final decision)  
• No refund for cash/Domeo points or exchange of any unused code.  
• CLPeC bears no responsibility and no compensation for loss and code expired.
