Details of iTravel GO - Single Travel
- Personal accident: Coverage up to HK$1,000,000, double indemnity for accidental death up to HK$2,000,000 and credit card protection up to HK$50,000.
- Medical expenses: Coverage up to HK$2,000,000 for medical expenses incurred overseas and follow-up treatment within 90 days after returning to Hong Kong days.
- Trip protection: Covers trip postponement, replacement of traveller or employee, insolvency of registered travel operator, and cancellation for any reason. Outbound Travel Alerts coverage extended to Amber level, compensation of Black Alert is up to HK$50,000.
- Flight delay and trip rearrangement: HK$300 for every 5-hour flight delay (up to HK$3,000) and up to HK$13,000 for trip rearrangement. Coverage for flight diversion, overbooked flight, and missed travel connection is provided.
- Amateur dangerous sports and activities: Includes marathon, hot-air ballooning, skiing, scuba diving, etc. with coverage of up to HK$250,000 for both personal accident and medical expenses.
- Loss of or damage to mobile phone: Coverage up to HK$3,000 for mobile phone and up to HK$6,000 for laptop/tablet.

How to Redeem
- Redeem the offer at Domeo eShop. Upon successful redemption, redeemed Promo Code will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.
- Click on the “Go to Redeem” button on the E-coupon and visit the MSIG website or mobile application to enjoy the Promo Offer within the redemption period.

Usage of Promo Code

Free 3-day iTravel Go (Single Trip) Travel Insurance Offer Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Offer”):
- Customer who has redeemed Promotion code via Domeo website and successfully applied Electric Vehicle Insurance (Comprehensive) of MSIG Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited ("MSIG") will be eligible for iTravel Go (Single Trip) – Plan B (Worldwide) free 3-day travel insurance offer ("Eligible Customer").
- Eligible Customer must enter the free 3-day travel insurance Promotion code (“Promo Code”) during travel insurance enrolment via MSIG application website or mobile application to enjoy this Promotion Offer.
- Eligible Customer will receive the Promo code within 4 weeks upon successful application of Electric Vehicle Insurance (Comprehensive) via the email address provided during application. Eligible Customer must use the Promo Code before the stated valid date in the email. The Promo Code will be invalid after the valid date.
- The Promotion Code can only be used once and is only applicable for policy application of one insured person only.
- If the Eligible Customer has used the Promo Code to apply for a policy with a) insured period exceeding 3 days and/or b) more than one insured person and/or c) plan level above plan B, Eligible Customer shall pay the additional premium and levy displayed on the insurance application website to complete the enrolment.
- No refund will be provided if the Eligible Customer has used the Promo Code to apply for a policy that has travel period less than 3 day or insurance plan other than Plan B.
- The Promotion Code cannot be redeemed for cash, resalable or returnable, nor used in conjunction with any other Promotion offers.
- The Promo Code cannot be used in conjunction with other Promo code.
- These terms and conditions are related to the Promotional offer only. No reference has been made to any MSIG insurance policy ("Policy") or any coverage or content. Customers are advised to read and understand the Policy before applying for the relevant insurance.
Terms & Conditions
- The Promo Offer is valid until [2026-11-30]. It must be used within the validity period and will be forfeited after the expiry date.
- This dedicated Promo Code is for one-time application and only one dedicated Promo code can be used for each application.
- Customers shall be solely responsible for any costs incurred from the use of this Promo Code.

Pick-up at Redemption Center
A confirmation email will be sent after transaction is completed.
