How to Redeem
- Redeem the offer at Domeo eShop. Upon successful redemption, the redeemed e-coupon will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.

Usage of E-coupon QR code
- Domeo customer shall present the QR Code to merchant staff or scan in kiosk at nodi coffee shops to use E-coupon within the valid period.
Usage of E-coupon QR code
- This e-Coupon cannot be cancelled nor transferred and is non-refundable.
- This e-Coupon can only be used in nodi outlets in Hong Kong except Hong Kong International Airport outlet. Please specify the use of this e-Coupon and present it upon ordering. This e-Coupon is not applicable to mobile ordering, please order at the cashier to enjoy the discount.
- This e-Coupon is applicable to dine-in, takeaway and retail products, excluding discounted items and coffee accessories.
- Redemption Period ：Until 4-Dec-2025
- Any purchase paid with this e-Coupon could not be amended, exchanged, or refunded.
- This e-Coupon can be used once only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupons, certificates, vouchers, cash dollars, gift cards.
- Multiple of the same type of e-Coupon are accepted per transaction.
- This e-Coupon cannot be redeemed for cash or other products and any unused balance will be forfeited.
- Expired or lost e-Coupons will not be reissued.

Pick-up at Redemption Center
A confirmation email will be sent after transaction is completed. Customers need to redeem the product at the selected redemption center after 14 working days upon receiving the confirmation email, and complete the redemption/collection within 14 working days. Otherwise additional administration fee(s) will be applied.Customers must present a valid confirmation email and the original copy of the credit card used for payment when redeeming the products. Printed copy is not accepted.
Postage
The voucher(s) will be mailed to your correspondence address within 15 working days after transaction is completed.
E-coupon Wallet
