How to Redeem
- Redeem the offer at Domeo eShop. Upon successful redemption, the redeemed e-coupon will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.
Usage of E-coupon QR code
- Domeo customer shall present the QR Code to merchant staff or scan in kiosk at Lady M shops to collect the reward within the coupon valid period.
- Please refer to “Quick Start Guide” for detailed E-coupon collection process.
Usage of E-coupon QR code
- The e-Voucher can only be used to redeem both dine-in and takeaway sliced cakes and drinks at Lady M Hong Kong.
- The e-Voucher can only be used in Hong Kong.
- The e-Voucher is not applicable for any whole cake pre-order or merchandize order.
- The e-Voucher must be presented upon purchase.
- Each transaction cannot be used together with different face value e-Voucher, and a maximum of 3 pieces of e-Voucher can be used.
- Any unused balance will be forfeited. Any transaction exceeding the face value will be settled by the customer.
- The e-Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
- The e-Voucher is non-refundable or non-exchangeable for cash.
- The redemption item is subject to availability. Service charge will be applied for dine-in service.
