How to Redeem & Usage of e-coupon
- Upon successful redemption, redeemed e-voucher unique URL will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.
- Click on the “Go to Redeem” button on the E-coupon to obtain the e-voucher QR code; and show it to the staff for use, in the designated retail stores, in Arome Bakery Shops (please see the details in below T&C)
- Please refer to “Quick Start Guide” for detailed E-coupon redemption process.
- How to use: Please show the QR code to HK Arome Bakery staff. This e-Coupon will lose validity after its first redemption.

- This Cash e-Voucher entitles the holder to redeem goods amounting to HK$50 (calculated at retail price) at Arome Bakery Shops in Hong Kong on or before the expiry date.
- Redemption Period ：Unitl 30-Sep-2026
- This Cash e-Voucher cannot be used to redeem consigned items (including drinks & other items) and is not applicable to online purchase.
- This e-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or Arome cake / cash voucher. No change will be given in cash or any other form.
- This Cash e-Voucher is invalid and not replaceable if expired, lost, altered or damaged.
- Photocopy and screen capture photoof this Cash e-Voucher is invalid (Note: The 'Print Coupon' icon at the bottom of this Cash e-Voucher is NOT applicable. Please DO NOT print this Cash e-Voucher for redemption. Photocopy is NOT accepted.)
- This Cash e-Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
- This Cash e-Voucher is not for resale and cannot be used for any trade or promotional purposes without prior written approval by Arome Bakery (H.K.) Company Limited.

CLP Store - Mong Kok
Product(s) will deliver to CLP Store - Mong Kok after 7 working days. Customer will receive the SMS once it is ready to pick up.

Pick-up at Redemption Center
A confirmation email will be sent after transaction is completed. Customers need to redeem the product at the selected redemption center after 14 working days upon receiving the confirmation email, and complete the redemption/collection within 14 working days. Otherwise additional administration fee(s) will be applied.Customers must present a valid confirmation email and the original copy of the credit card used for payment when redeeming the products. Printed copy is not accepted.
Postage
The voucher(s) will be mailed to your correspondence address within 15 working days after transaction is completed.
E-coupon Wallet
The e-coupon(s) will be delivered to your E-coupon Wallet upon complete transaction. Log on to your Domeo account, click ‘My Account’, select 'E-coupon Wallet’ and visit designated location(s) to claim your rewards. For details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
