The above policy is underwritten by AXA General Insurance Hong Kong Limited ("AXA"), which is authorised and regulated by the Insurance Authority of the Hong Kong SAR. How to Redeem

  • Dedicated promo code is valid till 31/12/2024. AXA will not be responsible for any delays, errors, or inability to submit online insurance purchases due to technical issues related to computers or the internet. All Offer related to dates and times will be based on the time on AXA’s servers.
  • This dedicated promo code is for one-time application and only one dedicated promo code can be used for each application.
  • Customers shall be solely responsible for any costs incurred from the use of this E-Coupon. For detailed terms, conditions and exclusions of SmartHome Plus, please refer to the relevant product brochure and policy provision.
  • Customer must input the dedicated promo code when applying the relevant product to enjoy the offer. CLPeC and the AXA will not accept any liability should a customer fail to input the dedicated promo code when applying the relevant product and that it results in forfeiture of the customer eligibility to the offer.

Direct Delivery Services (Domeo Direct Delivery / Merchant Direct Delivery)
Domeo Direct Delivery:
Free shipping on orders for $500 or above. Our logistic partner will deliver the product(s) on the selected delivery date. (Additional $100 shipping fee applies on orders less than $500).
Merchant Direct Delivery:
Free shipping. The merchant will contact the customer to confirm the delivery and installation details within 2-4 working days (if applicable).
Additional charges may apply for remote areas (including but not limited to Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay), please refer to the Pickup and Delivery for details.
Pick-up Service
7-11 Self Pick-up: Free shipping on orders for $500 or above and will arrive within 5 to 10 working days to the selected 7-11. Customers will receive the SMS once it is ready to pick-up.
*Service availability is subject to individual product, size, value, and weight. The final delivery method may refer to the checkout page.

CLP Store - Mong Kok Pick-up Service (temporary suspended) DOMEO Pick-up Service counter on the 4/F CLP Store - Mong Kok will be closed from 16th of Feb till mid of May 2024 (or till further notice) due to elevator upgrade. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Pick-up at Redemption Center
A confirmation email will be sent after transaction is completed. Customers need to redeem the product at the selected redemption center after 14 working days upon receiving the confirmation email, and complete the redemption/collection within 14 working days. Otherwise additional administration fee(s) will be applied.

Customers must present a valid confirmation email and the original copy of the credit card used for payment when redeeming the products. Printed copy is not accepted.
The voucher(s) will be mailed to your correspondence address within 15 working days after transaction is completed.
E-coupon Wallet
The e-coupon(s) will be delivered to your E-coupon Wallet upon complete transaction. Log on to your Domeo account, click ‘My Account’, select 'E-coupon Wallet’ and visit designated location(s) to claim your rewards. For details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
Speedy delivery
Order placed on or before 9:00 p.m. will be delivered within 2 working days. An additional $100 shipping fee per order shall apply.
