How to Redeem

If a customer is unable to attend any of the events for personal reasons, no rescheduling or refunds will be provided. If a customer is unable to register successfully due to limited quota, they will be notified via email, and refund arrangements will be processed. Please keep an eye on email notifications.
In case of bad weather conditions, the event will be rescheduled within six months, and the specific date will be notified separately.
The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the event if necessary, and participants will be notified in advance.
