- Appointment for Delivery: Once the customer has placed an order, our team will contact you within three working days to schedule a delivery time.
- Extreme Weather Arrangements: If a typhoon warning of level 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is issued by the observatory on the scheduled delivery day, our delivery service will be suspended. Affected orders will be rescheduled for another delivery date.
- Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery due to accidents, traffic conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Order Modification: If you need to change order details (e.g., delivery address, delivery time, or additional purchases), please notify us at least 3 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) before the originally scheduled delivery date and time.
