Please Click on the “Go to Redeem” button on the E-coupon to obtain the e-voucher QR code; which can be used in ParknShop stores.
To use the e-voucher: Redeem voucher with clicking on the “Go to Redeem” button of the E-coupon to obtain the e-voucher QR code upon payment at the designated retail stores in Hong Kong and Macau as operated by PARKnSHOP checkout point. Scan the QR code with the barcode scanner to pay with the e-voucher. QR code will refresh every 60 seconds. Please do not print screen the QR code.
How to Redeem & Usage of e-coupon
- Upon successful redemption, redeemed e-voucher unique URL will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.
- Click on the “Go to Redeem” button on the E-coupon to obtain the e-voucher QR code; and show it to the staff for use, in the designated retail stores, in Hong Kong and Macau as operated by PARKnSHOP (please see the details in below T&C)

Terms & Conditions
- The offer is only applicable to selected new members.
- Each selected new member can only redeem the product once.
- The final points and prices are subject to the information displayed on the DOMEO webpage.
- This eVoucher entitles the bearer to exchange the equivalent amount for goods on or before the expiry date at the following designated retail stores in Hong Kong and Macau as operated by PARKnSHOP :-
(i) PARKnSHOP, TASTE, TASTE x FRESH (ambient checkout only), FUSION, food le parc, INTERNATIONAL, GREAT FOOD HALL, GOURMET in Hong Kong, and
(ii) PARKnSHOP , TASTE in Macau. This eVoucher shall be invalid after the expiry date - This E-Coupon is for one-time redemption and only one E-Coupon can be used for each transaction.
- This E-Coupon is not exchangeable for cash or PARKnSHOP physical voucher or eVouchers in other denominations. No change will be given either in cash or in other form.
- This eVoucher shall be maintained and presented in its digital format and any print-out format will not be accepted. It will become void once used, no replacements will be issued if lost.
- This E-Coupon will not be accepted for online/phone/fax order purchases.
- CLP is not the supplier of the E-Coupon and shall not act as or assume any responsibility for the after-sale services.

Pick-up at Redemption Center
A confirmation email will be sent after transaction is completed. Customers need to redeem the product at the selected redemption center after 14 working days upon receiving the confirmation email, and complete the redemption/collection within 14 working days. Otherwise additional administration fee(s) will be applied.Customers must present a valid confirmation email and the original copy of the credit card used for payment when redeeming the products. Printed copy is not accepted.
Postage
The voucher(s) will be mailed to your correspondence address within 15 working days after transaction is completed.
E-coupon Wallet
The e-coupon(s) will be delivered to your E-coupon Wallet upon complete transaction. Log on to your Domeo account, click ‘My Account’, select 'E-coupon Wallet’ and visit designated location(s) to claim your rewards. For details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
