How to Redeem

• Redeem online during the redemption period.
• Upon successful redemption, redeemed e-coupon will be stored under CLP Smart Shopping “E-coupon list”.
• The CLP customer shall present the e-coupon to Kar Kar Redemption centre to collect the reward within the coupon valid period.

Usage of e-coupon

• To collect the reward customer should visit Kar Kar Redemption Centre and present the e-coupon to the staff.
• Please refer to “Quick Start Guide” for detailed E-coupon collection process.
• Merchant staff will key-in the password and finish redemption procedure.
• **Please call the redemption centre to ensure the stock availability.

• The face value of this coupon is HK$50.
• A maximum of 300 cash coupons can be used for each purchase, i.e. no more than HK$15,000.
• When using this coupon at a branch, *if the price per table is less than HK$5,000 (before the 10% service charge), only half of the total price of the meal can be used for payment. *Not applicable to discounted dining for 12 persons and handwritten dining menus with payment of $2,500 or less.
