How to Redeem
Redeem the offer at Domeo eShop. Upon successful redemption, the redeemed e-coupon will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.

Usage of E-coupon
To collect the reward, customers should visit Tim Ho Wan branches and present the e-coupon to the staff within the coupon valid period.
Merchant staff will key in the password to complete the collection process.
Terms & Conditions
1. This e-coupon must be presented with smartphone with internet connection, printed copy will not be accepted.
2. The redemption period is from December 19, 2024 to December 31, 2025.
3. Available for dine-in only, not applicable for takeout.
4. Food is subject to availability and is subject to suspension or change without prior notice.

5. Each transaction is applicable to use the offer once.
6. Offer is only applicable for dine-in (Subject to 10% service charge based on original price) and not applicable on self-pickup takeaway and takeaway platforms.
7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or coupons, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts.
8. The reward item must be collected within coupon valid period and will be forfeited after the expiry date.
9. This e-coupon is for one-time redemption only.
