How to Redeem   

• Redeem the reward at Domeo eShop. Upon successful redemption, redeemed privilege code will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.    

• Click on the “Go to Redeem” button on the E-coupon and visit merchant online store to enjoy the discount offer within redemption period.   

• Please refer to eCoupon Usage Guide section of “ Delivery and Pick Up”  for detailed E-coupon collection process.   

Usage of Privilege Code   

• To enjoy the reward, customer should visit QHMS e-Shop and enter the "privilege code" during check out.   

• Merchant website:  https://shop.qhms.com/zh 

• Customers will receive a confirmation letter by email from the merchant upon purchase.   

Terms & Conditions   

• The privilege code must be used within the valid period and will be forfeited after the expiry date.   

• Offer is valid until 31-December-2025 

• For purchase on QHMS e-Shop only: Customers must present their order confirmation letter (printed or e-version) on the appointment day for verification. 

• Terms and conditions for each health and wellness product may vary. Please review the product details and its terms & conditions in the relevant product link in QHMS e-Shop and assess whether the product is suitable for your health and medical needs. 

• This privilege code is for one-time redemption and only one privilege code can be used for each transaction.   

• No refund or exchange policy is applicable to the merchandise.   

• The privilege code must be keyed in when conducting Eligible Transaction to entitle the reward whereas no privilege code can be used once order is confirmed.    

• CLPeC and the respective merchant will not accept any liability should a customer fail to input the privilege code when conducting Eligible Transactions and that it results in forfeiture of the customer eligibility to the privilege. 

• CLPeC is not the supplier of the products and shall not act as or assume any responsibility for the after-sale services.   

• This privilege coupon cannot be used in conjunction with discount product, rewards, promotions, or other offers. (Subject to merchant’s final decision)   

• No refund for cash/Domeo points or exchange of any unused privilege code.   

• CLPeC bears no responsibility and no compensation for loss and privilege code expired.
