The wow-worthy Black Thorn Durian Snowy Mooncake is made of pure Black Thorn durian pulp originated from Malaysia, covered with Bamboo Charcoal soft and chewy icy skin that imparts a mild sweetness to take the divine festive treat up a notch. With the technique to freeze the fresh, just-ripened Black Thorn durian pulp in liquid nitrogen (odourless, tasteless, non-toxic), the mooncake filling is velvety as if devouring ice cream, featuring the intense fruity aroma of Black Thorn with a wine-like aftertaste.
