How to Redeem
- Redeem the offer at Domeo eShop. Upon successful redemption, redeemed e-coupon code will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.

Terms & Conditions
- This E-Cash Voucher shall only be used at any 7-Eleven Hong Kong and Macau.
- This Cash Voucher currency is calculated in Hong Kong dollars at Hong Kong stores and in Macanese Patacas at Macau stores.
- Only one E-Cash Voucher shall be used per transaction.
- This E-Cash Voucher can only be used once.
- This E-Cash Voucher shall not be refunded nor redeemed for cash.
- This E-Cash Voucher shall be applicable to the goods sold at 7-Eleven only and no change shall be given.
- This E-Cash Voucher shall not be applicable to service items, including but not limited to online game products (except the specific products from merchant's promotion), redemption items, cash vouchers, gift vouchers, prepaid cards, pay plastic bag levy and other services, e.g. Octopus reloading/ last 10 transactions print out, e-wallet top up, bill payment/ donation, purchase of gift card/ subscription card/ Octopus Card/ Octopus Ornament/ Macau Pass / Macau Pass Ornament, mobile pre-paid SIM card or recharge voucher, ticketing service/ stamps, photocopy/ fax, battery recharge service , parcel pick-up and return, pre-payment, locker/ Inspiration Lake activities/ parking fee payment and self-serve laundry.
- This E-Cash Voucher shall not be re-issued if lost or damaged.
- This E-Cash Voucher shall not be used for resale.
- This E-Cash Voucher must be presented to the cashier before payment. A photocopy or screenshot of this E-Cash Voucher is not acceptable.
- 7-Eleven shall not be held responsible for any inability to use the E-Cash Voucher due to network connection, telephone problem, technical problem or other reasons not attributable to 7-Eleven.
- The terms and conditions of this E-Cash Voucher are subject to change without prior notice.

Pick-up at Redemption Center
A confirmation email will be sent after transaction is completed. Customers need to redeem the product at the selected redemption center after 14 working days upon receiving the confirmation email, and complete the redemption/collection within 14 working days. Otherwise additional administration fee(s) will be applied.Customers must present a valid confirmation email and the original copy of the credit card used for payment when redeeming the products. Printed copy is not accepted.
Postage
The voucher(s) will be mailed to your correspondence address within 15 working days after transaction is completed.
E-coupon Wallet
