This e-Coupon can be redeemed when you spend HK$100 or above at any Lady M outlets in Hong Kong on or before the expiry date.

1. This e-Voucher cannot be cancelled or transferred and is non-refundable.
2. This e-Voucher can only be used in Lady M outlets in Hong Kong, for the corresponding outlet address, please refer to https://www.ladymhk.com/en/boutiques. Please specify the use of this e-Voucher and present it upon ordering. No retrospective arrangement can be made after. Any screencap or printed format of the e-Voucher is not acceptable.
3. This e-Voucher can only be used to redeem dine-in or takeaway sliced cakes and drinks in Lady M Hong Kong outlet.
4. This e-Voucher cannot be used for whole cake pre-order or merchandize order.
5. This e-Voucher can be used once only.
6. A maximum of three e-Vouchers can be used per transaction while e-Voucher with different face value cannot be used in conjunction.
7. This e-Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
8. This e-Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash and any unused balance will be forfeited.
9. The redemption item is subject to availability. Service charge will be applied for dine-in service.
10. Expired or lost e-Vouchers will not be reissued or refunded.
11. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and each customer submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
