How to Redeem
- Upon successful redemption, redeemed e-coupon will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.
- To retrieve the “Redemption Voucher”, Domeo customer shall present the QR Code in digital format at Yata Department Stores and YATA Supermarkets within the coupon valid period.
- Please refer to “Quick Start Guide” for detailed E-coupon redemption process.
Terms & Conditions
- This e-Gift Certificate can be used in YATA Department Stores and YATA Supermarkets in Hong Kong.
- This e-Gift Certificate shall be maintained and presented in its digital format. Any print-out format will not be accepted. This e-Gift Certificate will become invalid after expiry.
- The availability of vouchers during the promotional period is limited, and we cannot guarantee that every customer will receive a voucher. The vouchers are subject to a limited quantity and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. We are not responsible for any complaints arising from the inability to obtain a voucher. We appreciate your support and understanding.
- This e-Gift Certificate can only be used once. The usage record is subject to the record of YATA's payment system. Please present it to the cashier before payment and it will be invalid after use.
- This e-Gift Certificate cannot be exchanged for cash, redeemed or refunded for cash.
- If this e-Gift Certificate is lost, it will not be reissued.
- YATA and CLPeC shall bear no liability relating to any loss or damage caused by any fraudulent or unauthorised use of any e-Gift Certificate
- This is an exclusive reward for Domeo members, customers must first register as a Domeo member to enjoy such reward.

Mode of delivery
Direct Delivery Services (DOMEO Direct Delivery / Merchant Direct Delivery)
DOMEO Direct Delivery:Free shipping on orders for $500 or above. Our logistic partner will deliver the product(s) on the selected delivery date. (Additional $100 shipping fee applies on orders less than $500).Merchant Direct Delivery:Free shipping. The merchant will contact the customer to confirm the delivery and installation details within 2-4 working days (if applicable).Additional charges may apply for remote areas (including but not limited to Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay), please refer to the Pickup and Delivery for details.
Pick-up Service
7-11 Self Pick-up Free shipping on orders for $500 or above and will arrive within 5 to 10 working days to the selected 7-11. Customers will receive the SMS once it is ready to pick-up. *Service availability is subject to individual product, size, value, and weight. The final delivery method may refer to the checkout page.(Additional $100 shipping fee applies on orders less than $500).
Smart Energy @ Mong Kok Pick-up Service (temporary suspended) DOMEO Pick-up Service counter on the 4/F Smart Energy @ Mong Kok will be closed from 16th of Feb till mid of May 2024 (or till further notice) due to elevator upgrade. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Pick-up at Redemption Center
To pick up your order at a designated redemption centre for free, you can select 'Pick-up at Redemption Centre' and designate the branch when checking out/completing the payment for your order. You will then receive a confirmation email and pick-up notification SMS after 10 - 14 working days. Please collect your order within 14 days after receiving this SMS. Collection deadlines may vary for certain promotional products.Customers must present a valid confirmation email and the original copy of the credit card used for payment when redeeming the products. Printed copy is not accepted.
Postage
The voucher(s) will be mailed to your correspondence address within 15 working days after transaction is completed.
E-coupon Wallet
The e-coupon(s) will be delivered to your E-coupon Wallet upon complete transaction. Log on to your DOMEO account, click ‘My Account’, select 'E-coupon Wallet’ and visit designated location(s) to claim your rewards. For details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
