How to Redeem & Usage of e-coupon
- Upon successful redemption, redeemed E-Coupon unique URL will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.
- Click on the “Go to Redeem” button on the E-coupon to obtain the E-Coupon QR code; and show it to the staff for use, and show it to the cashier’s staff for use, in the Watsons retail stores in Hong Kong.

Terms & Conditions
- The E-Coupon must be used within valid period and will be forfeited after the expiry date.
- Please refer to the Cash Coupon actual valid date and will be forfeited after the expiry date.
- The expiry date of the coupon may differ depending on the redemption period.
- This E-Coupon entitles the bearer to exchange the equivalent amount for goods at Watsons retail stores in Hong Kong on or before the expiry date. This E-Coupon is invalid and not replaceable if expired.
- This E-Coupon is for one-time redemption and only one E-Coupon can be used for each transaction.
- This E-Coupon is not exchangeable for cash or Watsons physical voucher or E-Coupon in other denominations. No change will be given either in cash or in other form.
- This E-Coupon shall be maintained and presented in its digital format and any print-out format will not be accepted. It will become void once used, no replacements will be issued if lost.
- This E-Coupon will not be accepted for online purchases at Watsons Hong Kong eStore.
- CLPeC is not the supplier of the e-voucher and shall not act as or assume any responsibility for the after-sale services.
- No refund for cash/Domeo points or exchange of any unused e-voucher.

Pick-up Service
7-11 Self Pick-up Free shipping on orders for $500 or above and will arrive within 5 to 10 working days to the selected 7-11. Customers will receive the SMS once it is ready to pick-up. *Service availability is subject to individual product, size, value, and weight. Pick-up at Redemption Center
To pick up your order at a designated redemption centre for free, you can select 'Pick-up at Redemption Centre' and designate the branch when checking out/completing the payment for your order. You will then receive a confirmation email and pick-up notification SMS after 10 - 14 working days. Please collect your order within 14 days after receiving this SMS. Collection deadlines may vary for certain promotional products.Customers must present a valid confirmation email and the original copy of the credit card used for payment when redeeming the products. Printed copy is not accepted.
Postage
The voucher(s) will be mailed to your correspondence address within 15 working days after transaction is completed.
E-coupon Wallet
The e-coupon(s) will be delivered to your E-coupon Wallet upon complete transaction. Log on to your DOMEO account, click ‘My Account’, select 'E-coupon Wallet’ and visit designated location(s) to claim your rewards. For details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
