The Food Story $100 Dining Coupon (Applicable at all The Food Story Outlets)

One dining coupon can be used upon HK$300 spending (before 10% service charge) at any restaurant of The Food Story.
Founded in 2018 in Hong Kong, The Food Story is an aspiring dining and lifestyle organization with an objective to curate and introduce new and trend-leading dining concepts to Hong Kong diners.
21 outlets of restaurants include Hiyama, Gassan, Shiawase, Shiawase Yakitori, Ricky’s Kitchen, Ricky’s Spicy Kitchen, Artisan de la Truffe, Art of Canton, Sensu, 37 Steakhouse & Bar, Camellia and Huso. How to Redeem

Upon successful redemption, redeemed e-coupon will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.
To retrieve the “Redemption Voucher”, Domeo customer shall present the QR Code in digital format at any restaurant of The Food Story within the coupon valid period.
Please refer to “Quick Start Guide” for detailed E-coupon redemption process.

Terms & Conditions

This e-Gift Certificate can be used in any restaurant of The Food Story in Hong Kong.
The coupon can be used on or before 30 Dec 2023. Upon expiry, the coupon will no longer be usable.
One coupon can be used upon HK$300 spending (before 10% service charge) at any restaurant of The Food Story.
All prices are subject to 10% service charge and based on original prices.
The coupon is not applicable on certain blackout dates(https://www.thefoodstoryhk.com/dates).
This coupon is applicable for dine-in only.
This e-Gift Certificate shall be maintained and presented in its digital format. Any print-out format will not be accepted. This e-Gift Certificate will become invalid after expiry.
This e-Gift Certificate can only be used once. The usage record is subject to the record of The Food Story's payment system. Please present it to the cashier before payment and it will be invalid after use.
The coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts are applied based on original prices. It is non-exchangeable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If this e-Gift Certificate is lost, it will not be reissued.
The Food Story and CLPeC shall bear no liability relating to any loss or damage caused by any fraudulent or unauthorised use of any e-Gift Certificate
This is an exclusive reward for Domeo members, customers must first register as a Domeo member to enjoy such reward.

In case of any disputes regarding the use of this e-Gift Certificate, The Food Story and CLPeC reserves the right of final decision.

Mode of delivery

Direct Delivery Services (Domeo Direct Delivery / Merchant Direct Delivery)

Domeo Direct Delivery:
Free shipping on orders for $500 or above. Our logistic partner will deliver the product(s) on the selected delivery date. (Additional $100 shipping fee applies on orders less than $500).
Merchant Direct Delivery:
Free shipping. The merchant will contact the customer to confirm the delivery and installation details within 2-4 working days (if applicable).
Additional charges may apply for remote areas (including but not limited to Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay), please refer to the Pickup and Delivery for details.

Pick-up Service

7-11 Self Pick-up: Free shipping on orders for $500 or above and will arrive within 5 to 10 working days to the selected 7-11. Customers will receive the SMS once it is ready to pick-up.
*Service availability is subject to individual product, size, value, and weight. The final delivery method may refer to the checkout page.
(Additional $100 shipping fee applies on orders less than $500).

Smart Energy @ Mong Kok Pick-up:Product(s) will deliver to Smart Energy @ Mong Kok after 10 working days. Customer will receive the SMS once it is ready to pick-up.

Pick-up at Redemption Center

A confirmation email will be sent after transaction is completed. Customers need to redeem the product at the selected redemption center after 14 working days upon receiving the confirmation email, and complete the redemption/collection within 14 working days. Otherwise additional administration fee(s) will be applied.

Customers must present a valid confirmation email and the original copy of the credit card used for payment when redeeming the products. Printed copy is not accepted.

Postage

The voucher(s) will be mailed to your correspondence address within 15 working days after transaction is completed.

E-coupon Wallet

The e-coupon(s) will be delivered to your E-coupon Wallet upon complete transaction. Log on to your Domeo account, click ‘My Account’, select 'E-coupon Wallet’ and visit designated location(s) to claim your rewards. For details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.

Speedy delivery

Order placed on or before 9:00 p.m. will be delivered within 2 working days. An additional $100 shipping fee per order shall apply.
