Procedures of Split Type Air Conditioner Cleansing Service
1. Examine the condition of Air Conditioner to determine it is suitable for cleaning
2. Turn off the power, and protect the environment with waterproof protection
3. Apply the deep cleansing with air conditioner detergent and high-pressure washer
4. Clean up and restore
5. Turn on the power, and examine the condition of Air Conditioner.
*Whole cleansing process takes around 45 mins, and subject to terms & condition.

- The above fees applies to 'Split Type Air Conditioner Cleaning service only. For repair service or any other service is required, separate quotation will be provided.

Split Type Air Conditioner Cleaning Service
- Once confirmed, the Split Type Air Conditioner Cleaning service can be arranged after 10 days at the earliest
- Cleaning service hour are Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 18:00.
- Upon the confirmation of the appointment, no cancellation or amendment (including the service and date) will be accepted
- Appointment with limited quotas and on first-come-first-served basis.
- Delivery service is only applicable to residential address on Kowloon, Hong Kong Island and the New Territories (except: Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, outlying islands, restricted areas and address cannot be accessed by elevator).
- The service only applies to air conditioner with 3HP or below and installed at height of maximum 3 meters above floor level in residential units. Additional service charge will be applied for other situation.
- Cleaning Service will be suspended if Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted or in response to traffic conditions. We will further contact the Customer to reschedule the service.
- In the following situations, it will not be able to provide Split Type Air Conditioner Cleaning Service, and half of the cleaning service fee will be charged.
1. If the air-conditioner is not suitable for cleansing after the on-site inspection done by our technician (such as: out of order, unable to refrigerate or insufficient refrigeration capacity, serious leakage, etc.)
2. Various decoration items that may hinder the cleaning service (the indoor unit is installed in a wooden fence, a metal fence, or other indoor furniture and decorations).
- We shall not be liable for any delay or failure of delivery which is due to any causes that are beyond our reasonable control.
- If we are unable to deliver the items ordered for whatever reason, we will notify the Customer as soon as possible and refund to the Customer the service fee, without interest.
- Customers are entitled to a 90-day warranty coverage (Drain pipes). This warranty only covers the cleaning service, and does not extend to cover product warranty.
- Any personal information will only be collected for the purpose of Split Type Air Conditioner Cleaning Service appointment and other directly related purposes. The Customer hereby understands and agrees that we may provide the delivery information to our outsourced service provider for cleaning service. - CLPe Commerce Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice and of the final decision of all matters and disputes.- In case of any discrepancy between Chinese and English versions, English version shall prevail.

7-11 Self Pick-up Free shipping on orders for $500 or above and will arrive within 5 to 10 working days to the selected 7-11. Customers will receive the SMS once it is ready to pick-up. *Service availability is subject to individual product, size, value, and weight. The final delivery method may refer to the checkout page.(Additional $100 shipping fee applies on orders less than $500).
