How to Redeem

• Upon successful redemption, redeemed e-coupon will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.
• To retrieve the “Redemption Voucher”, Domeo customer shall present the QR Code either in screen capture or printed version at selected KFC restaurants to collect the reward within the coupon valid period.
• Please refer to “Quick Start Guide” for detailed E-coupon redemption process.

Terms & Conditions

• The voucher, either in screen capture or printed version, can only be used at designated branches of KFC restaurants in Hong Kong.
• The reward item must be collected within coupon valid period and will be forfeited after the expiry date.
• This code is for one-time redemption and only one code can be used for each transaction.
• No refund or exchange policy is applicable to the merchandise.
• CLPeC is not the supplier of the products and shall not act as or assume any responsibility for the after-sale services.
• This coupon cannot be used in conjunction with discount product, promotions, or other offers.
• No refund for cash/Domeo points or exchange of any unused e-coupons.
• CLPeC bears no responsibility and no compensation for loss and code expired.
