How to Redeem

• Redeem the offer at Domeo eShop. Upon successful redemption, redeemed e-coupon will be stored in "E-coupon Wallet" under “My Account”.

1. Select movie and showtime on Emperor Cinemas’s website or apps.

2. Select preferred seat(s) on seating plan. (Max. 8 seats per transaction)

3. Login as Member or Guest

4. Fill in “Movie e-Voucher Code” on “e-Vouchers” box of ticketing  page (Max. 8 codes) and then press“Apply” .

5. To purchase other ticket(s) for the same transaction (e.g. you have selected 2 seats and redeemed 1 with e-Voucher), please confirm or select the Ticket Type of the other ticket(s) (e.g. Adult, Senior, Child, Student, Discounted Tickets and etc)

6. Please review your Order Summary; Select Payment method; Enter valid email address (To receive confirmation email and e-ticket(s))

7. Press “Continue” for payment

8. If payment success, you can download and save your e-ticket(s) directly, or you may check email for your e-ticket(s).

9. Please use e-ticket(s) for direct admission, no ticket printing is needed.

Terms & Conditions

• To collect the reward, customers should visit Emperor Cinemas box office, website or app with e-Voucher Code, on or before the Expiry Date.
• Movie Voucher is redeemable for a 2D movie ticket.
• This voucher is not applicable for branches out of Hong Kong region/Macau Region (Please refer to the terms on the voucher), VIP Theatre - the CORONET, preview shows, film festivals, alternative programs, live broadcast programs, bulk purchase and house booking and movie with special engagement with film distributors.
• A surcharge is required for long movies, 3D movies, IMAX 2D / 3D movies, 4D movies, ATMOS movies, movies with special engagement with film distributors and designated movies.
• Movie Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or resold or used in conjunction with any other promotion offers.
• Movie Voucher can be used once and redeemable for one movie ticket only.
• Movie Voucher will be invalidated if lost, stolen, defaced, altered or damaged. Invalid vouchers are non-refundable and non-replaceable.
• Emperor Cinemas reserves the right to amend and supplement any terms & conditions of Movie Voucher without prior notice.
• The reward item must be collected within coupon valid period and will be forfeited after the expiry date.
• CLPeC is not the supplier of the products and shall not act as or assume any responsibility for the after-sale services.
• No refund for cash/Domeo points or exchange of any unused e-coupon.
• CLPeC bears no responsibility and no compensation for e-coupon expired.
• Product photos on this website are for reference only and may deviate from the actual products due to the quality of the photos. Such deviations, if any, do not act as a ground for replacement and refund.
